I wana a video of Fran and Maxwell make the show "The Nanny". I have no idea where you get clips like any other on the use of YouTube. Please help!

or .. Start with a webcam and something to the recording ... or
Just take the clips you want to save, and convert, and then mix / match with picture / sound / etc using Windows Movie Maker (with your Windows computer supplied) to create new masterpieces ... . then save it as video file such as WMV ... Finally upload.
