What causes lightheadedness and short dizzy spells? - spells that turn u into anything

about a month, I sometimes get dizzy dizzyness transfer. I thought it was dehydration, cause i used to work out some. I do not work there anymore, and started drinking water, but still appears without warning, or when. Ive had an empty stomach and a stomach full, I'm in the air, I noticed that you like I'm mentally ill to feel to lose the focus of a few seconds. In my opinion, is beautiful, but I can not concentrate on something to happen to. I do not smoke, drink, and not until today that my health is good now, I'll feel stupid, a doctor is not feeling too bad at. May female hormones play a role in that? in 37, and I want to know what I thought I should I do? any ideas out there?

You can anemic blood iron (= not enough) to bind oxygen, there are a variety of reasons (do not eat enough, for example, red meat, thyroid disorders, hormonal disorders). You can also have low blood pressure. But it could also be heart problems. If) every time you start with syncope (fainting short time, then you should consult a doctor. People tend to fade less serious, but sometimes it can underlying causes. In any case, make sure you eat enough red meat and blood pressure. Also the same for the symptoms you all the time, then discovered that my blood pressure was too low.

I think stress is the most common cause. Besides caffiene or drug addiction or May as a result. To do whatever the doc. Don t ever feel stupid to go to the doctor because they can be ruled out other possible catalysts. Good luck. Youmight only have to emphasize some major changes in your life, reduce important factors. I hope that's it. Good luck!

You could hypoglycemic. This can cause all the symptoms occur. Hypoglycemia is a condition in which your body needs more sugar to work properly. It is almost exactly the opposite of diabetes. The next time this happens, try to eat something with lots of sugar and see if this helps anyone.

If you are taking medication, a review of this side effect. If not, then you do not have enough oxygen in May low. Mainly because you are a woman, a heart disease (90% without being detected, if it is satisfied) call Mitro valve prolapse. I have this, and until I had the same symptoms, was detected. There is a huge huge percentage of women who have them, and you never know, may be harmful or entirely unnoticed in the course of our lives. This is not necessarily a fatal heart disease, but there are things that have to do if diagnosed with it. Please go to the doctor and have control. They may have little mini-crisis, or a call.
My Mitro valve was found by accident, years ago, more visible, but since menopause. Be sure to consult a doctor.

First, go see your doctor! Secondly, you describe exactly the same symptoms that I really anemia. Anemia is a deficiency of oxygen in red blood cells, leading to low red blood cells in the blood. The red blood cells that carries oxygen around your body. Therefore, low oxygen through your body, you have of these symptoms. These days, you only take once-daily iron tablets disadvantages.

Low blood pressure?
There is a "condition" called Vertigo. Some infections of the inner ear ...

Go to the best doctor to have it checked out and "nothing" and not as something that could degrade. This proportion is only the "safe" for peace of mind.
